Importance of Body Mechanics

One of the hardest things to do is correct a bad habit, which is why it is so important to learn proper body mechanics initially. Ask any golfer or tennis player how hard it is to make minor modifications to their movement patterns. Creating precise mental pathways thru repetition improves the likelihood that you will create desired movement patterns when there is less time to think about the desired outcome. This is one of the reasons why working with an experienced trainer is such a good idea, especially when starting out.
